Ultrasound payment plans in Pahrump: what to ask

HDS Mobile Ultrasound accepts payment plans for self-pay appointments. If you are arranging a Pahrump home or clinic visit, discuss the payment agreement with the team before your appointment rather than assuming a standard installment schedule.
What is confirmed about payment?
Do you accept insurance?
No. HDS Mobile Ultrasound does not accept insurance. Appointments are self-pay.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, payment plans are accepted. Call 725-358-2252 to discuss arrangements before your appointment. Deposits, installments, and any fees must be confirmed with our team.
Payment-plan terms have not been published. There is no stated deposit amount, interest rate, eligibility rule or repayment schedule in this article. Availability of a payment plan does not mean a particular arrangement has been approved for your request.
Start with your Pahrump visit total
Each ultrasound exam has a flat price in US dollars. Pahrump travel is $50 per visit, added to the exam price. The table shows one exam plus one visit’s travel; it is not an installment schedule. Ask for a confirmed total if you need multiple exams or clinic arrangements.

Travel applies to the coordinated Pahrump visit, including requests around Mountain Falls or Manse. It is separate from the scan price. Clinic volume and scheduling arrangements are by quote.

Will my insurance reimburse me?
We cannot promise reimbursement. Ask your insurer whether your specific service qualifies, then contact us to confirm what documentation we can provide before booking.
Can I use an HSA or FSA?
HSA and FSA eligibility and payment acceptance have not been confirmed. Check with your plan administrator and our team before your appointment.

Request the exam, then discuss arrangements privately
- Review your exam price and the Pahrump travel fee.
- Send your exam, preferred date and contact method in the booking form.
- Discuss payment-plan needs when HDS follows up, before confirming the visit.
Do not put card numbers, bank information or sensitive medical details in the appointment form. The request confirmation shows that your request was received; it is not approval of an appointment time or a payment plan.
